Wellington, this day* • The Minister for Justice declines* to reopen the case of Stuarb, engineer, of the Waikato. • The " Times " highly eulogises the declaration of the Premier re cheap money. The Premier deals with native affairs at Manakau (Wellington), to-day, returning to-morrow.
