HIS EYESIGHT FAILING,
London, February 17. His medical advisers repoeb that a cataracb has obliterated the sight of one of Mr Gladstone's eyes, and thab a cataract is forming in the other. Mr Gladstone wished to undergo an operation, bub the doctors refused to perform ib.
