THE HOUSE OF LORDS.
London, February 6.
Sir Charles Russell says the attitude of che House of Lords towards the Parish Councils Bill, and the Employers' Liability Bill, has raised the question whether a birthright Chamber should be permitted to undo tbe work of the House of Commons.
The House of Lords continues to make radical amendments in the Parish Councils Bill.
