Drowned in the Harbour.
Yesterday morning aboat 9 o'clock, a body was found by a boy named Norris Duval washing aga^St the breastwork, opposite Craig's, firewood yard. Ho immediately reported the matter to the Water Police, who removed the body to the Morgue- The deceased man wenb by the appelfttion of ." French Bill," his true name being William Stevens, Stevens was employed by F. Williams, fishmonger, of Queen-street, tp do odd jobs,* and ■ was last seen alive about 8 o'clock on Saturday night, slightly the worse for drink, This afternoooi when we. went to press, an inquest was being held ab Gieeson'a Hotel before Dr, Philson, Coroner.
