Rio de Janeiro, February 3.
A majority of foreign diplomatists in Brazil advise that both aidea ahould b e recognised as belligerents. The Republica has captured the transport Itaipu, with supplies for Marshal PeixotoV new squadron on board. Admiral Do Gama has notified that vessels of all nations will be allowed to proceed to the wharves.
