RECONSTRUCTION SCHEME AP-
PROVED.
London, February 2. At a meeting of unsecured debenture holders in the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, it was docided not to appoint a separate Committee. Resolutions were passed expressing confidence in tbe Creditors' Committee and approval of the reconstruction scheme.
