POLICY OF THE NEW MINISTRY.
THE ANARCHISTS.
Paris, December 5. The policy of M. Perier's Ministry is similar to that of the Dupuy Cabinet. The programme of the new Government has been well received. In the Chamber of Deputies a Bill to proclaim a general amnesty to suspected Anarchists was thrown out by a majority of 31, the Government opposing the measure. Shortly before the division was taken a scene, for wh?ch the Boulangists were responsible, occurred in the Chamber.
