After an absence of some three year?, duir'.no1 which time she has been e».)j4uged m improving the Melbourne Harbour, the Auckland Harbour Board's Dredge No. 121 -returned to port this morning, her Australian engagement having been terminated. Caprain John Burgell, who it in command, reports that the vessel was ready tor sea or. tho 25fch November, on which date she left Melbourne at 6 a.m. Wilson's Promontory was rounded at 3 o'clock on the following morning, and Gabo laland was signalled on bbc 27fch ab 4 a.m. She sighted t!io Tliree Kings ab midnight on Monday, and arrived ab Queen-streeb wharf ac 5 a.m. to-day. She experienced a strong W and S. W. breeze and rough sea bo Gabo Island, with easterly winds until the Ist; December, thencestrong W.andS.W. winds aoaiu with a heavy boam sea to the North Qnm Fre'h S.W. winds accompanied the -dredge down the coaat. fehe has arrived in firat class order, and with ber dredging apparatus stowed below.
