Hayr. at office of "Sporting Review," will receive nominations and acceptances on bohalf of the Club. RULES AND REGULATIONS. All races to be run under the A.R.C.'s rules. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition : That all disputes and objections ai-isiner out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon al! point.-i connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be flnal. Nominations and Acceptances must be accompanied by cash or cheque. If two horsos bolouging to one owner start, a, distinguishing colour must bo worn. Any person neglecting this rule to be fined 2sovs. All persons intending to withdraw horses ate required to give notice to the Secretary orCMrk of the Scales half-an-hour before the advertised time of starting. Any person failing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding nve pounds (£5). Pedigree and particulars to bo forwarded with Nominations. Coloura to be stated at time of entry, and any jockey riding, except in the declared colours, will be fined 3sovs. Attention is speciality caded to thia rulo, as it will be strictly enforced.
