VICTORIA RIFLE MEETING.
Melbourne, this day. At the Rifle Association Meeting, the Intercolonial Match, which will in future be known as the Federal Match, was won by the Victorian team with a score of 1,419, New South Wales coming eecond with 1,415. Tho other acores were : South Australia, 1,397; Tasmania, 1,332; Western Australia, 1,328. Queensland and New Zealand did not compete. There was excellenb shooting between the two leading teams. Slack, of Sydney, made 49 oub ofa possible 50 at the 500 yards.
