ROYAL FRANKLIN LODGE 1.0.0. F., M.U., A.D.

The twelfch anniversary of the above lodge was celebrated last nighb by a grand bail in ' the public ball, Otahuhu, over 200 members and friends being present. The Committee, which consisted pf Bros. Cunnold, Toms, McCrory, Rowe, Dixon and Glynn, deserve great) praise for the choice manner in which the hall was decorated, and for the details of the entertainment bo successfully carried out. Amongst tho visitors were Grand Master John D. Gow and Past Grand Master Clarke. The eister lodges were fully represented, as were also the Foresters of Courts Robin Hood and Star of the South. Dancing was kept up briskly under the direction of Messrs Rowe, RP.G.M., and Glynn, P.G. Messrs Reid and Davieon supplied the danco music. The entertainment was all that could bo desired, and was kept up with great pleasure until near 4 o'clock.
