ACTION FOR LIBEL.
Sydney, November 9,
Nichelaon, a member of Parliament, has been committed for trial for criminal libel on John Whynn, of Woonona. He asserted in a local puper that Whynn was a liar, and a man unworthy to be a Justice of the Peace.
