Melbourne, November 9. The weather to-day was magnificent after the rain, and a beautiful bronze was blowing. The following are details of the racing :— Tue Flying Stakes of 30030v5; second horse to receive 60sovs, and the third 30aovs oub of stake. Weight for age. Seven furlongs. —Mr D. Alao ran : Forbunatus, G'ainoola, Wild Rose, The Sailor Prince, and Solanum. Betting : 7 to 4 against) Titan, 5 to 2 Loyalty. Wild Roao and Fortunatus cut out che running ab bhe starb, Loyalty and Camoola bringing up the rear. Fortuna tvs and Titan showed first into the straight, bub the former was done with justi before roaching the distance. Moore then brought the New Zealand colt up with a brilliant run, and despite the gameßt efforts on Titan's part, he landed Loyalty a clever winner by three-quarters of a length, Fortunatus fourth, Camoola fifth. Time, lmin 28sec. The last five furlongs were covered by Loyalty inside bOjaec. The V.R.C. Oaks Stakes, a sweepstake of 'Jssova each, 5 ft., with 500sova added. For three-year-old fillies, Bat 101b.
