The Rev. 3. C. Andrew, formerly Principal of the Nelson College, now resident in the North Island, has issued an address to the Nelson electors. He makes the seventh candidate. Mr Piper opened bhe ball last nighb. His meebing was well attended, and a vote of thanks was accorded him.
