THE ULSTER PARTY.
London, October 25. Six hundred delegates attended the Ulste* Parliament, representing one hundred and seventy thousand enrolled Unionists. A committee of forty was elected to watch the interests of the Ulster party and fomm* late a policy.' The Duke of Abercorn wat elected President.
