BALTIMORE GAOL DESTROYED,
TWENTY PERSONS KILLED AND
INJURED,
Washington, October 16. During ft violent storm on tho oast coast of the United States, lightning set fire to the Baltimore Gaol. Five hundred and fortyfour prisoners were roscued, but twenty were killed or injurod in escaping from the burning building. Many deaths and much damage to proporty are reported elsewhere;
