THE MERCANTILE BANK CASES.
MKUSOURNE, September, 19,
An application was made to Mr Justice Hovjd tv-day, to prohibit the magistrate from proceeding with the Mercantile Bank cases, on the ground that the action had not been taken within twelve months, and therefore that there was no jurisdiction. The application was dismissed.
