Tiie Auckland schooner Fleoiwing, now at Duuedin, goes thenco to Titnaru to load grain for New Plymouth. The ship Westland, now loading horo for London, ia not expected to get away from Auckland much before December, Tho well-known barque Excelsior, 3SO tons, was to have been sold at Sydnoy by auction on the morning of tho 14th insb. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company' 3 cargo steamer To Koa left Koppel Bay (Q.) on the 10th insfc. for London, via Townaville. At London the Shaw-Savtll ship Himalaya, which was hove a few months ngo, is reported to bo loading up again for this port. Tho barquontine Ysabol lefb Porfc Chalmers yesterday for this porfc. She will load here, on arrival, fora South Sea Island cruise. " Tho barque Empreza, well-known here, arrived at Townsville (Q.) on tho 11th inst., from the New Hebrides Group with 52 recruits. The Shaw-Savill cargo steamer Mamari is, according to latest advice via Sydney, loading ab London for Auckland and New Zealand ports. Yesterday evening the coastal steamors Moa and Southern Cross sailod for East Coast ports and Napier and Wellington respectively, with general cargoes. Captain Sutherland, formerly master of the New Zealand Shipping (Jo.'s clipper ship Piako, is now in command of a British steamer in the China trade. While the Auckland schooner Ivanhoe vas trading in tho Bismarck Atchipelago (New Guinea Group) in Juno last, she met the erswhile New Zealand trader Three Cheers.

The schooner Oscar Robinson, chartered in Sydney by Captain Garth to replace the wrecked schooner Mary Ogilvio, left Sydney on tho 12th mat. for Lord Uows and Norfolk Islands. On tho 12th inst. the Auckland-owned topsail schooner Ivanhoe returned to Sydney from an extended cruise to British New Guinea and adjacent islands with a full cargo ot copra, poarlahell and other tropical produce. Sudest, and other places lying off the New Guinea mainland. She also made a trip to the German New Britain protectorate, and altogether has had a most interesting as well aa a vory succosaful voyage. Six months ago she was chartered by Messrs Burns, Philp and Co., to trade from Cooktown to the goldfields, and the term of her charter having expired she has coma to Sydney, and will probably bo handed over to her owner, Mr Geo. Nicco),.of the North Shore.
