Messrs Donald and Edenborough's smart island packet returned to port yesterday morning from her cruise to the Society and Hervoy Groups, with a full cargo of fruit and produce. Hence she proceeded through the groups for cargo and returned to Rarotonga lit 6 a.m. on the 9th, finally leaving for this port at 10 p.m. Ligbb variable winds and fine woather were encountered until Friday, tho 15th, when the wind shifted into the S.W. with strong breeze and head sea.
