This, coupled with the fact thab MrSoddon had the first hand in the draftjug of native bills, and tho way he spoko on the Native Lands Purchase Acquisition Bill, in tho House leads me to tho boliof that it ia by no means unlikely thab be will assume the the Native portfolio.
