The China correspondent of Che " Standard " wires that the Chinese have decided to oppoße the French advance beyond deg. 21, and will charter troops in the event of urgency. The "Standards' Pans correspondent telegraphs that the Frence Foreign Minister has informed the British Embaesador that France has assented to a compromise in connection with the Siam difficulty. A telegram from Bangkok states thab the blockade began on Wednesday. Neutral ehipswere ordered to leava three days before. The blockade embraces the Bay of Bangkok and the entiro coast).
