PAINFUL SCENE IN A LONDON
COURT.
London, July 26,
The remarkablo paternity case, which has so often been bofore the English Courts mid obtained so much prominence in the London newspapers, was again before the Court of Appeal this week. Upon the Court refusing Mrs Thompson's application to supersede Mrs Rourke, and give her the custody of the children, sho seized the boy, and a most exciting scene followed. Sho foueht fiercely fur possession of the child, and it was noc till six ushers had been culled in that the officials succeeded in carrying her Bcreaming and struggling from the Court.
