GENERAL.
The New Zealand firemen who wero advertised to take parb in the International Fire Congress and Displays now in progress at the Agricultural Hall, have not apparently pub in an appearance. Nothing at least is known of them at tho AgentGeneral's Office, or the headquarters of the London Biigade at Southwark. Mr Perceval will be examined before the Meat Marking Committee of thaj House of Lords this (Friday) afternoon.
