ANOTHER ACCIDENT.
RISKY EVOLUTIONS. . A SERIOUS COLLISION. London, July 24. While naval manreuvres were proceeding off the Irish coast, a torpedo boab, in attempting to crosß the bows of a schooner, came in collision with her and nearly sank. Other casualties are reported.
