MRS ALDIS AND HER EFFUSIONS.
(To tho Editor.) gj E) By your inane of the 23rd instant I observe that Mr William Jennings has committed the indiscretion to notice one of Mary Steadman Aldis' sickly letters to the newspaper. Hitherto her balderdash has been treated with the silent contempt which it deserves. She will doubtless be delighted to find that she has for once provoked a reply.—l am, etc., T- **-'• Te Awamutu, May 24th, 1893.
