A sale of Crown Lands was held this morn ir.g ab the Land and Survey Offices, Governmenb Buildings. There was a fair attendance. Mr G. Mueller, Commissioner, conducted the sale. Tbe following lots,were sold :— Town of Cambridge West (classified as suburban) : Lot 99,1 acre, ups.b price. £3, Wm. White (upset); lots 480 and £481 (together), 2 acres ; upset price, £_, Mary F. Dillon (upset). Suburbs of Pabi. Olamatea county : Lot 100, 2 acres and 30 perches ; upset price, £4 7s 6d, Daniel Nicholson, £6; lot 101, 5 acres 1 rood 13 perches ; upset price, £10 15s, Daniel Nicholson, £19; lot 40, 15 acres and 2 perches ; upset price, £30, Geo. New, Pahi, £30. Suburbs of Ngaruawahia North (Museum endowments): Lots 181 and 182. each containing 5 acres, upset price £10 per section ; Edm. Filzpatrick, upset. Lots 203 to 208 inclusive, each containing 5 acres, upset price £10 per section ; Thos. Paterson, £69. Section 12, parish of Oruawharo, Rodney county, and section 32, parish of [.i'kurangi, Whangarei county, were passed in.
