Mr Wilson, Victorian butter expert, is arranging with Mr Cameron, M.P., to move the insertion of a clause in the Sale ot Food and Drugs Bill, prohibiting the sale of margarine unless coloutless, in order to prevent it being roisI taken lor butter.
