Sir Julius Vogel, Messrs Glyn, MilL'J, Currie & Co., and Messrs Woolson and Beeton, stockbrokers, who have examined thfl position of colonial city and harbour loami, advise the passing of an Imperial Colonial Stock Acb, meanwhile tbo corporations to enhance tha value of loans by iseuing in London registered stock, and commuting stamp duty.
