Itt an article in "Greater Britain," Mr Ruaden condemns whab he terms^ "the wholesale violence " of Lord Ripon in connection with the recent dispute regarding the appointments to the Legislative Council of New Zealand, and argues that by his action he has virtually annihilated that body, and at the aame time put a knife to the throat of the Legislative Councils in New South Wales and Queensland.
