A PECULIAR EXPERIENCE.

Tho Tyser Company's chartered cargo Bteamer Star of England, 3,000 tons, Captain Simpson, was due thie afternoon from London via Melbourne and Sydney with a cargo consisting of somo 1,550 tons for New Zealand, 360 tons of which ■will bo landed bore.
