Fighting in Cook-street.—John Muthieon was charged with fighting in a public placo on tho 4th of September.— Accused ploaded guilty, and stated that he was attacked by.fivo or nix men and was only fightingin self-defence.—Constablo Brotherton deposed to seeing two men fighting in Cook-stroot.
