PROHIBITION AT ROSLYN.

Dunedin, this day. Re the Roslyn licenses, counsel for the licensees wires to tho Commissioner of Police :—" The Chairman of Licensing District misled you. Tho action is for the, same thing as ab Sydlenham, namely, to quash proceedings on the ground of the Committee being pledged prohibitionists and prejudiced. The only difference is thab Roslyn houßes have been shut since the end of June, and Sydenham ones have been opened."
