Declaration of Independence will be rend at noon and a band will play a selection of national airs. Tho Helping Hand. Mission Band, under tho 'leadership of Mr Ward, proceed* tomorrow to the Avondale Asylum to play for an hour or so bo tho inmates. There is a very kind act on the part ot the Bandmaster and players, which will give much pleasure to those sorrow-stricken inmates. The Band will assemble at half-past bwo at tho Reservoir, Karaogafaapo Road."
