The following scored for Newton : Jeffries, one try, a goal from a try, and a goal from a penalty kick; Warnock, a goal from a penalty kick ; Adcock, 1 try; and Draffin, 1 try. 0. Hay scored a try for Grafton. -Ponsonby v. Parnell..—The former had all bhe besb of. the play, and wou by 23 points to 2. For Ponsonby, tries were scored as followß :—McCarthy, 1 ; Conroy, 1; Reilly, 1; Davidson, 1. Cf these Cook converted one try, and Tattersall two tries, the labter also potting a goal from a mark. For Parnell, Schofield scored the only try.
