NEW ALBURNIA.
An , extraorhinary meeting of shareholders in the New Alburnia G.M. Company was held this afternoon in Mr D. G. Macdonnell's office, when Mr J. F. Clarice presided. Eight shareholders were present, and thirty-six represented, but as a majority in number and value of shares waa required, the meeting could not proceed. Consequently the meeting was postponed for one week. The business was the elimination of Clause 29, re transfer fees.
