The local press declare that the statesmen of Europe shudder at the weapons employed by Russia in Bulgaria.
Constantinople, April 20,
The Turkish police have detained a young Bulgarian student named Kushelff, who was seized by a Russian dragoman last week, on the pretext that they wish to examine him in connection with the murder ofVulcovitch.
