UNDEFENDED CASES. Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in tho following cases: — John William Thompson v. John Scullan, claim £3 15s 3d ; judgment for £1 19a. Lewis Moses v. Ralph Fuller, claim £10.
DIVFEXDED CASE. Mary Ann Lindsay v. Hugh Mclllhone, claim £1. —Mr Brassey appoared for defendant. Judgment) was given for plaintiff tor 10s. NONSUIT. David Gouk v. Gcorgo Henry Short, claim £35 15s.—Mr G. N. Brassey appearod for the plaintiff, and Mr Thoo. Cooper for the defendant.—His Worship nonsuited the plaintiff, costs £3 12s boing allowed. George Vickeky a , . Frank Quick. ~- Claim, £1 16s 2d for shoeing horses. Mr Brassey appeared for the defendant and stated that the amount bad been paid into Court, £1 9s Bd.—After hearing evidence on the disputed amount, His Worship gave judgment simply for ths amount paid into Court.
C. F. Campbell v. James McGrkgor.— Claim, £9 ]Oo for clothes supplied. Mr McVeigh appeared for tho pluintill', and Mr Theo. Cooper for the defendant. The former applied for an adjournment, bub Mr Cooper objected, and ultimately the plaintiff was non-suited, coats being allowed.
