The locally-owned schooner Silver Cloud arrived at Melbourne on Wednesday from Kaipara.
Mr-Harvey's cutter Leo has left here for Wairoa, Huwke'a Bay, with a cargo of drain pipes.
The Mission schooner Pitcairn ia to leave here next week on a short run up to Norfolk Island and back.
The English steam yacht Sb. George left Wellington yostorday for bhe Soubh. Sho cOmes up to Auckland shortly.
t -The Tysqr s.s. Star of England leaves flirt this evening for the South, with the remainder of her cargo from London.
The s.s.,.Waiotahi, henco to Tauranga last evening, pub back into port early this morning, owiug to bad weather on the coast.
The U.S.S. Company announce thab the s.s. Ohau leaves Dunedin on Tuesday noxt for Auckland via usual East Coast'ports. She is therefore expected to arrive hero on Tuesday, Ist March.
The locally-arrived barquentine Defiance arrived last evening from Newcastle laden with coal, charcoal, etc., and sailed up to the Chelsea Sugarwork3 Wharf. Sho made tho trip across in 16 days.
A disarrangement of one of the R.M.3. I Tainui's freezing machines will delay her' departuro from Wellington for Auckland until Tuesday. Sho had on board a email' quantity of frozen beef, and this has beer. taken out.
