Wellington, this day. The imports during the .quarter ended December 31 were £1,678,080, an increase of aboub £120,000 on the same quarter lasb year. The exports were £1,805,418, a decrease of £439,000. The totals for the year were:— 1891. 1890. Imports £6,503,849 £6,260,577 Exports 9,566,397 9,811,720 The returns of exports show that the fallills' off during the year was entirely in the last quarter, as compared with corresponding quarter of 1890.
