An amendment moved by Mr T. Sexto 11 in tho Houbo of Commons, in connectio 11 with the failure of the Irish Land Eurchas 6 Act, declares tho inability <J the Imperial Parliament to legislate for Ireland. The Opposition will support the amendment.
