COLONIAL CREDIT.
FINANCIAL OPINION IN LONDON.
Lon'dox, February 9. Colonial stocks are very depressed. The best friends of the colonias among financial authorities consider the situation daily grows graver, and expect there will be a serious weakening of the credit of the colonies unless public works a'restoppod. They insist that the colonies must borrow everything locally for at least a year.
