A CAPTAIN'S GRIEVANCE.
CHARGE OF WRECKING.
Brisbane, this day. Captain Cakventkr, of the Costa Rica, who was arrested by tho Dutch authorities en a charge of wrecking the vessel, has arrived here. Ha alleges that in 1887 he picked up a derelict prah (in tho high seas, and a email amount of salvage wae taken out of her. When ho arrived at Ternate he was arrested and held prisoner tor two months, and then released without any explanation. The present whereabouts of tho Costa Rica are unknown. The Captain proceeds to Sydney this week to seek redrew.
