POLICE COURT—THIS DAY.

Walters. Justices.) Disorderly Conduct.—Benjamin Benson pleaded guilty to Laving on the 21eb instant used ■obscene language, also with having damaged a table, value Is 6d, the property of Mary Ann Banzaine. The same prisoner .was further charged with having on tbo 21st of January damaged a table, value 6s f the property of Mary Ami Bauzaine. After hearing the evidence of the owner and Mrs S. McCauley, the Bench lined tho nccu?ed. 08 and costs or 48 hours' hard labour for each tablef and sentenced him to 14 days hard labour for the obscene language.
WiTHDKAWN.—Henry McMurray w&8 called to answer the" charge of having assaulted Elizabeth Ann Lowell.—Mr G. N. Brassey appeared for the defendant. Upon the Informant being called, she did not appear. Inspector Brohani then asked leave to withdraw the information, wlsioh was granted. """* No Lights.—William Freony pleaded guilty to nob having had lights to. hia vehicle after sundown, and was fined Iβ wi cost*.
