ROYAL SALUTES IN AUCKLAND,

On inquiry on H.M.S. Tauranga, as to when and how it was intended to fire tho salutes in honour of the funoral of the Duko of Clarence, our representative was informed that a salute of 60 minute guns will be fired to-morrow evening;, commencing about six, so thab the last gun may bo fired exactly at sunset. Firing will also take place from the North Head. The ensigns will be kept at half mast, as is customary.
