TUAKAU V. BOMBAY.
The Tuakau and Bombay Cricket Clubs played their first match of the present season at Tuakau on Saturday last, when the local man won by 58 runs. The result of the first innings promised an exciting con tost, but in their second innings Bombay collapsed before the bowling of F. Brown and Turbob, only W. Evans, senr,, being able to face it with any succoss. T. Elliott and F. Brown batted be.-<t for Tuakau, the former's exhibition being a really admirable display of careful cricket. A. Evan*, R.
