Kebi Kaihau, who is here with a number of followers, held a meeting at the Maori settlement, when he stated he intended to resume possession of a nnmber of properties here which have been held by Europeans for a number of years, and also that Tawhiao intends forming a settlement and living on some of the land so taken. It is feared that some disturbance will.result.
