UNLAWFULLY WOUNDING.
FRACAS IN GREY-STREET.
Caculiu Kahdkebriz, a seaman "of the Russian man-o'-war now in harbour, was charged at the Police Court to-day with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Clara Hinchley by kicking her on the head and body. Dr. Sommerville stated the woman was taken to the Hospital last night, and could not appear. The accused...was remanded till Tuesday next. . Tho assault is alleged to have taken place last night in Grey-street in a house occupied by Mrs Corney. It appears that some Russian sailors were in die house when a dispute arose and the woman Hinchley was knocked down and the assault complained of is alleged to have been committed. The . sailors left the house, and the accused was subsequently arrested in Albert - street by Constable Stanyer. :
