ADDRESS BY THE PREMIER.
(BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
New Plymouth, this day. The Hon. J. Ballance addressed a large meeting last night in the Alexandra Hall. He went over the same subjects as were spoken on at other.places. At the termination of the meeting, a'vote of thanks and confidence in the Government was carried, but most of those present did noD hold up their hands.
