RUSSIA IN ASIA.
CHINESE PROTEST IGNORED.
London, October 20. Intelligence is to hand that the Russian expedition has entered the Pamir plateau iv Central Asia regardless of protests of the Chinese frontier officers.
The " Novoe Vremya" says that Russian diplomacy could easily establish supremacy over the Pamir district.
