The Czar has consented to receive a deputation from the Sultan of Turkey, which will be headed by Djevad Pasha, the new Grand Vizier.
3VL de Giers assured the Marquis de Rudini that the entente between France and Russia recently arrived at was not in any way meant to be a menace to Italty.
